I have used coconut milk; as for fruit-based milkshake, it is advisable to use non-dairy milk. This recipe doesn’t call for any sugar. Honey has been used instead. However, you are free to use sugar. Up to 2 tbsp should be sufficient for one glass of milkshake, although it also depends on the sweetness of the apple and your taste. I have not added any nuts; you can add any of your choice. For some hint I have used cinnamon powder, you can flavor it with vanilla, etc. Lots of ice is essential. For the best results, serve it chilled!

1.Add 1 apple, 1 cup chilled milk, 1 tbsp honey and a pinch of cinnamon powder in a blender.
