But yes, maggi noodles can be prepared in so many different ways than as mentioned on the pack. This one is the simplest of them.

How to Make Butter Maggi

1. Boil noodles : Do not boil the noodles as per the instructions mentioned on the pack. You will end up with over cooked noodles. For this recipe boil 1 cup water. Break noodles, add to boiling water. Cook till just done. Do not over cook.


2. Strain and wash the boiled noodles : Strain the boiled noodles. Run cold water to avoid further cooking.


3. Sauté in butter and masala : Heat a pan. Add 1 tbsp butter. Once it melts, add boiled noodles. Add the readymade masala in the pack. Toss everything well. Add some butter on hot butter maggi noodles before serving.


4. Bon appétit : Serve Butter Maggi Noodles with butter toast and a glass of ice tea.
