Cheese Maggi… as the name suggests, calls for

Maggi noodles
These noodles are easily available at each and every grocery store.

Cheese (obviously) and other ingredients
I have used some processed cheese along with some cream. Apart from that garlic has been used because a hint of garlic compliments the cheese flavour.

How to make Cheese Maggi

1. Boil Maggi noodles : In a pan boil 3 cups of water. Bread and put 1 pack of Maggi noodles in it. Let it boil for 2 minutes. Strain the boiled noodles and keep aside.

Tips:You may drizzle few drops of oil on the boiled and strained noodles. This would prevent them from sticking.

2. Sauté garlic and onion : Heat 1 tsp oil. add 1 tsp butter. Add 2 chopped garlic cloves. Sauté for 20 seconds till the raw smell goes. Add 1 small chopped onion and cook till translucent.

3. Add cream and noodles : Add 2 tbsp heavy cream and cook on low flame for 30 seconds. Add boiled noodles. Add 1 tsp Italian seasoning and maggi masala. toss to mix everything.

4. Add water or milk and cheese : Add 2 tbsp milk. Add 2 tbsp grated processed cheese. Cook for 1 minute. Check seasoning and consistency.

5. Bon appétit : Garnish with little oregano and grated cheese and serve hot with two slices of garlic bread
