Mango Lassi

I am back to the blog after an era. And plan to continue it. Isi baat par kuch meetha banate hain fatafat!

Mango Lassi, the classic drink lassi with a refreshing twist!

Personally, I am not a fan of it. I do not like the combination of yogurt and mango. I did not even like mango shrikhand that I had once made. But everyone in my family loves it. So, ek try to banta hai.

If you plan to try here is the recipe:

Ingredients:

1 mango, peeled and chopped

1 cup yogurt

3-4 cardamom, powdered

1/2 cup water

1 tbsp sugar

Method:

  1. Into a blender add in the mango cubes, yogurt, milk, cardamom powder, water and sugar.
  2. Blend it until smooth.
  3. Add a few ice cubes in a glass.
  4. Pour the prepared lassi.
  5. Ready to serve.
