Cornflake Milkshake

Very wholesome milkshake made with just 3 ingredients i.e. cornflakes, honey, and chilled milk, is the cornflake milkshake. Cornflakes and milk must be one of the most common breakfasts across the globe. It is such a comfort thing. Cornflake milkshake is just another way of consuming the same. It makes it even more convenient to make it into a shake as you can have the same when on the go. If you are running short of time for the breakfast of a bowl of cornflakes and milk, just whip it up into a shake. You can have the same while driving your car or so on. You can flavor it in zillion ways by adding any fruity kick to it or sauces such as caramel, Nutella etc, by adding nuts and dry fruits of your choice.

Ingredients for Cornflake Milkshake:

Corn Flakes: I have tried this milkshake with cornflakes only. You can also try it with choco or any other cereals of your choice. I like to use 1 cup of cornflakes with 1 cup of milk to make the cornflake milkshake. You can use lesser quantity, especially if you are adding any other ingredients such as fruits or nuts etc.

Milk: Again you can use any milk of your choice. I have used skimmed milk. I prefer to use chilled milk for my shake recipes as adding too much ice ruins the consistency of the shake.

Honey: I have added about 1 tbsp of honey to sweeten the cornflake milkshake. You can use any sweetener of your choice. Further, you can also adjust the quantity as per your liking. And if you wish, you can skip any sweetener.

Hi! I am CA Vini Mehta. A Chartered Accountant by profession, a food blogger by passion! First of all, I would like to thank you for stopping by at Viniscookbook, I hope you have a good time. Here, yo...u will find the recipes which have been tried, at times re-tried in my kitchen and relished on the dining table. I am mother of two kids and the wife of a person with a high and selective taste sense, so basically anything, before finding its place on the blog, has many levels to cross and clear. This journey started a couple of years back. Before that I was making the most usual kind of food. The only experiment used to be asking my mother how to make something new or different☺. Then, one day, I tried a recipe for butter cookies. And they did not get to go in the container as they were over before I could store them. That day I was introduced to the joy of experimenting with recipes. And I loved everything else that followed especially garnishing and photographing food. I am still not well versed with the photography dos and don’ts but I love to experiment and learn, be it photography or cooking. Hope you too enjoy this journey as much as I do☺! Stay healthy, stay tuned!.
