The mini burger is a bite-sized burger with a healthy and delicious patty made up of vegetables. It is a cute break from regular burgers. A mini burger is a great option for kids parties because it is a tiny one so won’t fill their tummies, as the regular one does, allowing them to indulge in other party delicacies.

Mini buns: These are easily available at most of the confectioners and bakers.
Patty: Healthy patty using lots of green vegetables has been used for these burgers. And they were so yummy that my kids relished some without they could take the form of this burger.

1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in frying pan and add 1 chopped green chili, and 1 inch chopped ginger. Cook for 1 minute.
2. Add 1 cup green peas and cook for 2 minutes.
3. Boil 1 medium size bunch of spinach.
4. Add boiled spinach in ice water.
5. In a grinder, add cooked peas, ginger, chili; blanched spinach and 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves.
6. Grint it.
7. In a mixing bowl add 3 boiled and mashed boiled potatoes, ground green mixture, salt as per taste, 3 tbsp roasted gram flour (besan), juice of 1/2 lemon, 1/2 tsp chaat masala, 1/2 garam masala, and 1/4 tsp red chili powder.
8. Mix very well and form a dough.
9. Make small patties of the bun size.
10. Heat a griller and grill patties using few drops of oil till golden brown from both the sides. You can fry in a pan.
11. Take out on a perforated plate.
12. Use a cookie cutter and cut cheese roundels.
13. Cut burger bun from the center and apply butter on both parts.
14. Heat a frying pan and roast burger buns.
15. Collect all ingredients required to assemble the burger. Apply mayonnaise on one part and kethcup on another part. Put the cheese roundel and place a green patty.
16. Secure using toothpick.
17. Bon Appetit: Remove the toothpick before serving and insert mint leaves and serve.
