Cheese Burger

Cheese Burger Recipe with step by step pictures: Absolutely delish patty, made with boiled potatoes, having the bite of bell peppers, sweet corn and onions; a hint of garlic and sharpness of white and black pepper powder, placed in the bun along with salad and cheese slice makes a cheese burger. The best part about this cheese burger recipe is that the ingredients used to make the patty are so well complemented by the slice of cheese used. All of this combines to make a delightful burger.

Cheese Burger- Ingredients Required:

Burger Buns: I have used the sesame buns for the cheese burger recipe. You can use any burger buns of your choice.

Vegetables: Boiled and cold potatoes form the base for the burger patty. Capsicum, onion, and sweet corn are used to add flavor and bite to the patty. Other than these, little garlic paste has been added, which adds a lot to the burger’s taste.

Spices: Salt, black pepper powder, and white pepper powder are used to season the tikki for cheese burgers. The best part is that these spices add very subtle flavors that deck the flavor of cheese and take the burger to the next level. You can also add Italian seasoning such as oregano, basil, mixed herbs, etc. Further chili flakes can also be added.

Spread: A mixture of Eggless Mayonnaise and cheese spread has been used in the cheese burgers. You can also use ketchup, some flavored mayonnaise, etc.

Salad: I have used the very basic salad i.e. onion and tomato slices. You can use lettuce, cucumber, bell peppers, or any other vegetable in your cheese burger.

Hi! I am CA Vini Mehta. A Chartered Accountant by profession, a food blogger by passion! First of all, I would like to thank you for stopping by at Viniscookbook, I hope you have a good time. Here, yo...u will find the recipes which have been tried, at times re-tried in my kitchen and relished on the dining table. I am mother of two kids and the wife of a person with a high and selective taste sense, so basically anything, before finding its place on the blog, has many levels to cross and clear. This journey started a couple of years back. Before that I was making the most usual kind of food. The only experiment used to be asking my mother how to make something new or different☺. Then, one day, I tried a recipe for butter cookies. And they did not get to go in the container as they were over before I could store them. That day I was introduced to the joy of experimenting with recipes. And I loved everything else that followed especially garnishing and photographing food. I am still not well versed with the photography dos and don’ts but I love to experiment and learn, be it photography or cooking. Hope you too enjoy this journey as much as I do☺! Stay healthy, stay tuned!.
