How To Make Easy and Quick Burger

1. Prepare stuffing for burgers : In a pan heat 2 tbsp oil. Add 1 large sliced onion. Cook till translucent. Do not over cook. Add 1 large grated tomato. Cook till the oil separated. Add 2 large boiled potatoes, salt to taste, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp coriander powder and ½ tsp dry mango powder. Cook everything well on medium flame for 3 -4 minutes till everything comes together


2.Prepare buns and fill in the stuffing : Apply butter on the bun. Thereafter apply tomato ketchup on one part and coriander chutney on the other. Place a cheese slice and add stuffing. Pack it with another part


3. Pan fry burgers : Heat some butter on a skillet and grill the burger till crisp from both the side


4. Bon appétit : Serve burger with chilled ice tea
