HEALTHY VEGGIE SHOTS RECIPE

INGREDIENTS FOR HEALTHY VEGGIE SHOTS RECIPE

For the marinade
  • 1 cup Coriander leaves chopped
  • 1/2 cup mint leaves
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 green chillies chopped
  • 1 inch piece of Ginger
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp besan (gram flour) (roasted for a couple of minutes)
Assorted vegetables (including paneer)
  • 7-8 paneer cubes
  • 7-8 Boiled baby potatoes (pricked with toothpick or fork)
  • 7-8 Cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 onion slices
  • 1/4 cup green bell pepper slices
For cooking
  • 1 tsp oil
For garnishing
  • lemon juice
  • Chaat masala
  • Butter optional
  • Handful of onion rings

HOW TO MAKE HEALTHY VEGGIE SHOTS

  1. Grind together 1 cup chopped coriander leaves, 1/2 cup mint leaves, 1 garlic clove, 1” piece of ginger, 2 chopped green chillies, 1 tsp lemon juice, salt to taste, 1/2 tsp cumin powder. Add a little water if needed

  2. Empty it in a large bowl
