Eggless Butter Cookies Recipe are the simplest cookies with awesome buttery taste. Eggless sugar cookies call for just 3 ingredients- butter (obviously) all purpose flour and sugar.
This is a very basic butter biscuit recipes. You can customize them easily with a handful of tutti frutti, chocolate chips, dry fruits etc.
Nothing says better than the aroma of baking cookies recipe. And I realized this with these soft butter cookies.
1. Preparations : Pre-heat the oven to 180 C (160 C in case of convection or fan oven). Line a baking dish with a parchment paper.
2.mix butter and sugar : In a bowl add 115 g chilled butter and 60 g powdered sugar.

11. Bake the eggless butter cookies : Transfer the cookies to a cooling rack and let them cool down completely.
