INGREDIENTS FOR CHEESE GARLIC BREAD
- 6 slices bread remove the sides (optional)
- 3 tbsp salted butter
- 1 tsp garlic paste or 1/2garlic powder
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes
- 3 tbsp grated cheese pizza/mozzarella
- Oregano and red chilli flakes for garnishing
HOW TO MAKE FOR CHEESE GARLIC BREAD
- Microwave 3 tbsp salted butter.
Add 1 tsp garlic paste or 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes and 1 tsp oregano. Mix everything and keep aside.
Heat a skillet/tawa.
Once it’s hot, place the bread slices on it.
Roast the slices till the bottom becomes brown. Cook on a low flame.
- Apply butter mix on the slices
Add the grated cheese.
Sprinkle oregano and red chilli flakes.
Cover it and cook for a minute or till the cheese melts. Keep the flame low.
Make it anytime for munching.
