Let’s talk about the ingredients for Spicy Maggi Recipes

  • Maggi noodles
  • Maggi noodles are available in most of the Asian grocery stores. You can however pick any noodles for this recipe. This recipe is for 100 g noodles.

    • Vegetables

    Well I have added cabbage, carrot and capsicum as I love their bite and colour in any dish. You may use mushrooms, onions, spring onions etc

    • Seasoning

    I have kept the ingredients very minimal. I did not use onion and garlic because cooking them takes time and maggi noodle recipes have to be quick and fast to prepare. I have used soya sauce and vinegar to season the vegetables. And to cut their sharpness I added little tomato ketchup.

How To Make Vegetable Maggi Recipe

1. Take the vegetables in bowls, ½ cup cabbage in one and ¼ cup carrot and capsicum each in another. Add 1 tsp soya sauce and 2 tsp vinegar. Toss the vegetables properly. Leave them for 15-20 minutes.

2. Heat 2 tbsp oil. Add seasoned carrot and capsicum. Toss and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add ½ cup seasoned shredded cabbage and cook for 2-3 minutes.

3. Add the boiled noodles and 1 sachet masala. Toss everything well.

4. Drizzle 2 tsp tomato ketchup. Add ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper and mix everything well.

5. Serve vegetable maggi noodles hot with some cola drink.
