Let’s talk about the ingredients for bread puri

Bread: I have used white bread. You can use any bread of your choice. This recipe can handle any bread.
Toppings: I have used onions, tomatoes, sweet corn kernels and capsicum to top puri. You can use vegetables of your choice such as boiled potaotes, mushrooms etc.
Other ingredients: For flavouring I have used tomato ketchup and cheese.

How To Make Bread Puri

1. Place bread slices on a chopping board and cut roundels using a cookie cutter

2. As shown

3. Heat a pan

4. Place bread roundels on hot pan and roast on low flame

5. Till golden brown from both the sides

6. In a mixing bowl add 2 tbsp chopped capsicum, 2 tbsp chopped tomato, 4 tbsp chopped onion, and 4 tbsp boiled sweet corn kernels

7. Add salt to taste

8. Add 2 tbsp ketchup

9. Add 1 and 1/2 grated cheese cubes

10. Mix very well

11. Put a spoonful of mixture on roasted bread roundel

12. Garnish with sev

13. And grated cheese

14. Bon Appetit Serve bread sev puri immediately
