What is Mini Pizza Recipe?

Mini Pizza is a small and cute pizza. Mini Pizza Recipe makes a great party starter. This recipe is a very basic recipe where no veggies have been used as that makes it very filling. The mini pizzas have a super crunchy base topped with melting cheese makes it a delightful appetizer or kids snack.

Let’s talk about the ingredients for Mini Pizza

Mini Pizza Recipe call for mini pizza base, tomato ketch up and loads of cheese. Mini pizza base is easily available in the stores. My favorite cheese for pizzas is pizza cheese or mozzarella cheese. Apart from this, I love to use Italian seasoning and lots of oregano. Garlic butter is also used which gives a nice flavor to mini pizzas. However, you can use regular salted butter.

1. Heat a pan. Place the mini pizza base and let them cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes till the bottom is crisp. Take them off the pan on a chopping board.


2. Apply garlic butter on a pizza base. Apply ketch up then. Sprinkle some Italian seasoning. I love to use the Italian seasoning that comes with dominos pizza. Yum yum.


3. GENEROUSLY add grated pizza cheese. Again add some tomato ketchup. Again top the pizza base with some MORE cheese.


4. Place the mini pizzas on a baking dish and pop in a preheated oven and bake at 180°C for 3-4 minutes or till the cheese melts.


5. Serve mini pizzas with chilled ice tea.
