Haldi Ka Achaar Recipe – Instant fresh turmeric pickle is the simplest pickle possible. So simple that I was in doubts whether I should post it or not. But then I realised though simple its not all the popular and looking at the goodness of this pickle I believe it deserves to be shared. The instant fresh turmeric pickle is the best way one can include fresh turmeric in his/her diet.
All my life I have had Instant Ginger Pickle made in the manner this one is prepared. But recently my mom-in-law prepared the instant Fresh Turmeric Pickle. I was not sure whether I would relish it or not as I find the taste of fresh turmeric too sharp but soaked in lemon the turmeric loses its sharpness and tastes wonderful. In fact we did not wait for 6 hours of resting also, instead started enjoying this pickle as and when it was prepared.
