Muthia is a Gujarati snack prepared using healthy flours such as gram flour, whole wheat flour, etc and vegetables. It is steamed to cook and can also be fried thereafter. I, however, don’t do that because the steamed version is too tasty, so why increase the calories and reduce the nutrients?!
