Till recently I believed that condensed milk means sweetened condensed milk but then I read the term unsweetened condensed milk. Unsweetened condensed milk recipes are also known as evaporated milk. Here I will be discussing recipes using sweetened condensed milk or milkmaid recipes.

What is common between easy dessert recipes or quick sweets recipes? It is the condensed milk. Condensed milk makes the process of sweet making very simple and quick.
