Let’s talk about the  Ingredients for Vrat Ke Aloo

Aloo ki sabji recipe is 

Recipe using potatoes: Boiled potatoes are used along with some other fresh ingredients to make vrat ke aloo ki sabji.
Other ingredients: I have not added many spices. Ginger, coriander and lemon juice give all the flavor to the farali aloo ki sabji.calls for boiled potatoes, green chili, coriander leaves and for tangy taste use lemon juice. Here I have use cloves for temper, you can also use cumin seeds

How To Make Vrat ke Aloo with Gravy

1. Heat 2 tbsp ghee

2. Add 4 cloves in hot ghee and let it crackle.

3. Now add 3 boiled and mashed potatoes, 1 green chili slit, 1/2 black pepper powder, rock salt (as per your taste). Cook for 10 minutes.

4. Add chopped coriander leaves.

5. Now add 1/2 tsp lemon juice and add water.

6. Stir and cook, till starts boiling.

7. Bon appetit Serve aloo ki sabji with kutti ki poori.
