What Is Potato Cheese Sandwich?

It is a simple yet delectable sandwich made with, as the name suggests, buttered bread, boiled potato, and cheese, with a hint of tomato ketchup. The crunchy bread and the melting cheese make a great combination.

You can add vegetables of your choice but then it won’t be “potato cheese” sandwich ;). You can add green chutney, chat masala, oregano, chili flakes or garlic chutney to add different flavors to the sandwich.

Sandwich lovers should try paneer sandwich, hung curd sandwichaalu sandwich etc. Cheese lovers must try cheesy mushroomshomemade cream cheese etc.

How To Make Potato Cheese Sandwich Recipe

1. Take two slices. Apply 1 tsp butter on each slice. Apply 1/2 tsp ketchup on each slice.

2. On one slice of bread put 4 potato slices. Sprinkle some chaat masala.

3. Place a cheese slice on the potato slices. Cover with another buttered slice.

4. Grill the sandwich using butter
