Smooth, rich and think custard with the juicy mangoes, a must-try delight during summers, is mango custard. I can’t really think of anyone who would not relish mango custard. After all, the custard is such a crowd pleaser and mango is something which is liked by one and all, right? So when the two will be combined it will be a dessert to be liked by all. The best part about the custard recipe is that it is so simple to make and hardly takes any time or involvement. I love to make custard using the leftover milk I have. Custard can easily be prepared on the weekends or as a party dessert.
Custard Powder: This guy makes this recipe so simple, easy and quick. Use Vanilla flavored custard powder for this recipe.
Milk: Certainly for milk-based desserts, full-fat milk works the best. But since custard is a thickening agent even low fat or skimmed milk will work.
Mangoes: Chopped as well as pureed mango are added to the custard. You can choose any variety; just pick good mangoes, sweet and juicy.
