other ingredients: potaotes are used for binding hara bhara kebab alongwith roasted gram flour (besan). Apart from that bread crumbs are used to add texture to the kebabs. You can learn to make instant bread crumbs here. The quantity of these ingredients can be adjusted as required.

How To Make Hara Bhara Kebab

1. In a pan add 1 cup water, 1/4 tsp salt and 1 tsp sugar

2. Add 1 cup peas and 1 bunch spinach

3. Boil for 2-3 minutes

4. Transfer to ice cold water and leave for 2-3 minutes

5. Drain the cold water

6. Heat 1 tsp oil. Add 2 tsp ginger garlic paste. Cook for 30 seconds or till the raw smell goes away

7. Add 1 green chili sliced

8. Saute for 1 minute

9. In a grinder jar add boiled peas, spinach, 1/2 cup coriander leaves and fried garlic ginger paste and green chili

10. Grind it and make a coarse paste

11. In a mixing bowl, add 4 boiled and mashed potatoes, ground mixture, salt to taste, 1/2 tsp red chili powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp chaat masala powder and 1/4 cup roasted besan

12. Add 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

13. Mix well. Check seasoning and consistency. Shape them into kebabs

14. Heat a pan and add 1-2 tsp oil

15. Fry hara bhara kebab on low flame

16. Till crisp from both the sides
