Let’s talk about the ingredients for Bread Pizza

Bread Pizza Recipe calls for

Bread: I have used garlic bread. You may use any bread that you have. The garlic bread I used had round slices. You may shape the bread or not.

Vegetables: I have used onions, tomatoes, capsicum, and sweet corn. You may also add some baby corns, mushrooms, paneer, olives or any other vegetable of your kids’ choice.

Apart from that cheese and seasoning have been used. For topping I have used mozzarella as it melts beautifully and with the vegetables I have added chunks of processed cheese.

How to Make Bread Pizza Recipe

1. Mix vegetables and cheese : In a mixing bowl add 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped tomato, ¼ cup boiled sweet corn kernels and 2 tsp chopped capsicum. Add 2 tbsp cheese chunks and 2 tbsp grated mozzarella cheese.

2. Add seasoning : Add ¼ tsp black pepper powder and salt to taste. Mix everything well.

3. Prepare bread slices and apply ketchup : Heat a pan. Slightly roast the bread slices from one side. Mix 3 tbsp tomato ketchup and 2 tsp Italian seasoning. Apply the seasoned tomato ketchup on roasted bread slices.

4. Add toppings and mozzarella cheese and Italian seasoning : Heat a pan. Put the bread pizzas on hot pan. Cover and cook on low flames for 2-3 minutes or till the cheese melts.

5. Cook till cheese melts : Heat a pan. Put the bread pizzas on hot pan. Cover and cook on low flames for 2-3 minutes or till the cheese melts.

6. Bon appétit : Serve bread pizza with some chilled ice tea or coca cola ;).
