Bombay Veg Sandwich is a simple sandwich with two special ingredients i.e. the green chutney (Mumbai roadside Style) and the Bombay Sandwich Masala. Onion, tomato, cucumber, potatoes, and beetroot are the vegetables used to make Bombay Veg. Sandwich. I have not seen street vendors or internet using any other vegetables. Very fresh and soft bread is needed to make Bombay Veg Sandwich.

How To Make Bombay Veg Sandwich

1. First, make the Bombay Sandwich Masala : For that collect the ingredients i.e. 2 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp fennel seeds, 1 star anise, 10 whole black pepper, 2 cloves and 1/2″ cinnamon stick.

2. Dry roast them till aromatic.

4. And make a fine powder. Keep aside till further use.

5. Take 2 slices of bread.

6. Apply butter on them.

8. Add few cucumber slices.
