Aloo Samak Chawal Paratha

Aloo Samak Chawal paratha is a very easy and simple fasting recipe. It calls for a few ingredients and can be prepared in less time.
1/2 cup rice
Salt to taste
1 cup water
2 grated potatoes
1 tsp red chili powder
A handful of chopped coriander leaves
Oil/ghee as much required.
1. Pressure-cook rice with water and salt until done.
2. Combines boiled and grated potatoes, spices, and cooked rice.
3. Mix well.
4. Take a portion and spread it to make a paratha.
5. Cook on low flame until golden brown.
6. Ready to serve.
